What's included, and what isn't
Every cleaning quotation covers labour, our own equipment and products, and access to the property. It does not cover exterior window cleaning above ground floor level, which needs access equipment and is quoted separately, or structural issues such as mould behind a wall or a failed seal, which we flag rather than attempt to fix. Heavy after builders debris is a clearance, not a clean, and is quoted through removals and clearances.
