Discreet removals in Mayfair and Knightsbridge
Much of our removals work is quiet and precise: a flat emptied between tenancies, furniture moved from a townhouse into storage, a single valued piece carried across town. Crews arrive in plain uniform, protect floors and thresholds, and work to a plan agreed with the office beforehand. For discreet removals in Knightsbridge and Mayfair, where porters, lifts and neighbours all keep watch, we arrange access and timings in advance so the building barely notices the work.
A full packing service is available for one to three bedroom homes, with materials supplied when we pack and transport protection fitted to sofas, mattresses, mirrors, framed art and glass. Whole day moves are scoped by survey and fixed in writing before the date is set.
House clearance in Belgravia and Westminster
A house clearance usually follows a sale, a probate or the end of a tenancy, and it deserves better than a skip outside the door. We clear single rooms from £285, remove furniture and appliances piece by piece, take renovation waste by the builder's bag, and dispose of fridges, freezers and electrical items through the proper certified routes.
Whole houses, pianos, safes and heavily filled rooms are always surveyed first, then priced as one fixed written figure. Families and agents in Belgravia and Westminster use this route when a property must be handed over empty, presentable and on time.
Flat clearance across Prime Central London, priced by the load
Mixed household effects are priced simply, by the load. A single item collection is £95, which is also the minimum collection charge. A quarter load, about one cubic metre, is £195. A full van load, three to three and a half cubic metres, is £425. Stairs are priced per flight and agreed before the day.
Every figure includes parking, congestion, ULEZ and disposal fees. Where a parking bay suspension is needed we arrange it and pass it on at cost, agreed in advance. One written total, nothing added afterwards.
What's included, and what isn't
Every removals and clearance quotation covers labour, the van, and every parking, congestion, ULEZ and standard disposal fee. It does not cover dismantling fitted kitchens or built in furniture, which is a maintenance job, storage beyond the day of collection unless arranged in advance, or hazardous waste such as asbestos and chemicals, which needs licensed disposal and is quoted separately. Pianos, safes and anything of significant value are always surveyed first.
